Privacy Policy

Sleep Sounds keeps data collection to a minimum. There are no accounts, and we don't ask for or store any personal information. The app does use two standard third-party SDKs to measure our advertising and understand how the app is used — the details are below.

Analytics & advertising

The app uses the Meta (Facebook) SDK and Google Firebase Analytics to measure ad campaign performance and understand app usage. These services receive your device's advertising identifier and in-app interaction events. No account data is collected.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads, which limits this measurement. This data is handled by Meta and Google under their own privacy policies.

What stays on your device

• Local settings (your chosen sleep timer, volume, and last-played sound) are stored only on your device and never leave it.
• Local network: if you use the device-to-device control feature, your devices talk directly to each other over your own local network. No information passes through any third party, and nothing is retained.
• Audio: all sounds are built into the app and play offline.

No accounts, no personal data

We don't have accounts, and we don't collect your name, email, or other personal details. The only information that leaves the app is the advertising and usage data described above.
