Sleep Sounds does not collect, store, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind.

• Data collection: none. The app has no servers and sends nothing about you anywhere.
• Local settings (your chosen sleep timer, volume, and last-played sound) are stored only on your device and never leave it.
• Local network: if you use the device-to-device control feature, your devices talk directly to each other over your own local network. No information passes through any third party, and nothing is retained.
• Audio: all sounds are built into the app and play offline.

Because the app collects nothing, there is nothing to delete, sell, or opt out of.
