These terms cover your use of the Sleep Sounds app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

The app is free

Sleep Sounds is completely free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no paid features. There is nothing to buy and no billing of any kind.

Your licence to use it

You may use Sleep Sounds for your own personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, in line with the Apple App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or extract the app’s sounds, artwork, or other content.

Content and ownership

All sounds, cover artwork, and the app itself are owned by the makers of Sleep Sounds and are provided to you only for use within the app. They remain our property.

Relaxation, not medical care

Sleep Sounds is a relaxation and sleep aid for general wellbeing. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you have concerns about your sleep or health, please speak with a qualified professional. Don’t use the app while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention.

Provided “as is”

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don’t guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or future operating-system version.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the makers of Sleep Sounds will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Because the app is free and collects no data, your use of it is at your own discretion and risk.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms from time to time. When we change the terms, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
